Your ability to manifest what you want and need in your life starts simply by identifying where you need help or support, then focusing healing on that specific chakra or chakras.
Usually, the hardest thing to do is seeing inside of us without judging or denying our feelings, sentiments or attitude.
Our chakras get out of balance when we shut down and block out information that we resist and do not want to be in touch with.
Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it's important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.
Don't worry if you can't figure out what's holding you back instantly.
Sooner or later, you'll get to the core of it.
